Our products are repurposed peanut byproducts sourced from commercial processing facilities and are not manufactured, handled, or packaged under food-safety standards required for human food products. By purchasing any product from PB&N Feed Supply, you acknowledge and agree that:

You will not consume, serve, or distribute any PB&N product as human food.
You assume full responsibility for the proper use of all purchased products.
PB&N Feed Supply bears no liability for any misuse of its products, including but not limited to human consumption.

3. Products & Pricing

All product listings, descriptions, and pricing on this website are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed are estimates and final pricing will be confirmed when you contact us directly. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information. Product composition and ingredients may vary by batch.

4. Orders & Payment

PB&N Feed Supply does not process payments online. All orders must be placed by contacting us directly by phone or through our contact form. Payment is accepted via cash, check, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle. Payment terms will be discussed at the time of order.

5. Custom Mixes

Custom feed mixes are prepared to your specifications for animal feed use only. Once a custom mix order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or returned. We recommend discussing your needs thoroughly with our team before placing a custom mix order. Custom mixes are blended to your specifications and PB&N Feed Supply makes no guarantees regarding nutritional content or suitability for any specific animal or purpose.

6. Delivery & Pickup

Local delivery is available in the Edenton, NC area. Delivery availability, schedules, and fees will be discussed when you place your order. Freight shipping is available for bulk orders. Pickup is available during business hours at our location.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (animal feed and agricultural supplies), returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your order. We stand behind the quality of our products.

8. Assumption of Risk & Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are sold "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The buyer assumes all risk associated with the purchase, storage, handling, and use of PB&N Feed Supply products. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to determine whether any product is appropriate for their intended use and to follow all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding animal feed and wildlife baiting.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Chowan County, North Carolina.
